All you need is a home office or your own space to work. However, in some cases, there will be start up costs. These include affiliate marketing, consulting, coaching, graphic design, web development, tutoring, dog grooming, babysitting and many more.

How About A Business Plan? Working from home is great and has a lot of benefits, but in order to be successful you should create a daily business plan and a list of things that need done in advance. There are a lot of situations (both for home and for business) that will arise when working from home, which may temporarily take you off task. To reduce the amount of productive time lost, make a list of the things you need to accomplish each day as far as your business goes. This will help you keep your business on track and profitable as you check off tasks that are completed. For me personally, having a daily list is the key to staying motivated in getting things done.

Taking advantage of social networking sites such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn, will help tremendously with getting your name out there.
